How long does personalized jewelry take to arrive?
Personalized jewelry is not picked off a shelf. It is made after you order, which is the whole point and also the reason it takes longer than a standard purchase.
The two parts of the wait
- Production. Your name, date or message is cut or engraved, then the piece is finished and checked. This happens only once your order exists.
- Shipping. The usual transit time, which depends on the service and destination.
People underestimate orders because they read the shipping time and ignore production. Always add the two together.
Where to find the real number
Each Beyond Love product page states the current estimate for that piece, because production time differs by design. A cut-out name takes longer than an engraved plate. Check the page rather than assuming, especially in November and December when demand peaks.
How late can you leave it?
- Comfortable: order at least three to four weeks before the date
- Tight but usually fine: two weeks, if you choose a faster shipping option
- Risky: under a week, for any personalized piece
If you are close to the date, choose a piece marked ready to ship. The message card still makes it personal, and a gift that arrives beats a better gift that arrives late.
Busy periods to plan around
- Christmas — order by late November
- Valentine's Day — order by late January
- Mother's Day — our busiest week of the year; order at least three weeks ahead
Can you change the personalization after ordering?
Only before production starts. If you spot a spelling mistake, email support@beyond-love.com with your order number immediately. Once a name has been cut into metal, it cannot be undone, which is also why we ask you to check spelling carefully at checkout.
Why we don't rush it
A name spelled wrong is worse than a gift that arrives a few days later. Checking is part of the production time, and it is the part we will not shorten.
