They ship from China without letting customers know before hand. The guarantee delivery before holidays is total bs. Ordered 5 days before the guarantee before Mother’s Day was up and it still showed up 5 days after Mother’s Day. Emailed them and they didn’t care at all,just “we are sorry,we have no control over shipping” which is fine but why guarantee something you apparently have no control over? I’ll never order from this company again and advice others to find another company
