Processing and customization

Personalized products are made to order. Customization is included in the delivery estimate. Orders are processed on business days; processing and delivery may be delayed on weekends, holidays, or during high-volume periods. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Delivery estimates

For orders delivered within the United States, allow approximately 8–10 calendar days from purchase. For personalized items, this estimate includes customization. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. International delivery times vary by destination and may take longer. Customs, carrier, weather, peak periods, and other delays can extend delivery time.
