Cancellation Conditions

If you change your mind about your purchase, please email us at office@beyond-love.com with your order number and the change you would like to make. We will confirm as soon as the change or cancellation is made.

Your order can only be cancelled and changed within 02 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is blocked for processing and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Please note that:

We will not be able to deliver your order on time if your order requires a design change, as it will take us much longer to change your design during these vacation periods
